Appointments:
Office Hours: 7:00am-12pm and 1:30-4:00pm
Monday through Friday
- Patients are seen by appointment.
- Acute same day appointments available for patients
with illness.
- Average appointment scheduling: Routine
appointments 1-5 days
Pap Smears within 1-2 weeks
Full adult physical exams 1-3 weeks
Well child and school physicals 3-7 days
- Please contact the office, preferably 24 hours
in advance, if you are unable to make your appointment.
To maintain appointment availability for patients needing to
be seen, patients repeatedly missing appointments and not notifying
the office may be asked to find another physician.
After Office Hours: After hours call is
shared with Dr. Pat Wherry. Call the office, 303-776-6872 for the recording of which doctor to call. This service is provided only for problems that can not wait until normal business hours.
Emergencies: Foremergencies, please call the office or go directly to the nearest Emergency Room.
Some emergencies can be better managed in the nearest Emergency
Room.
- For after hours emergency care, call the office at 303-776-6872 for the physican on call or go directly
to the nearest Emergency Room.
Holiday Hours: Office will be open until noon Dec 24th and closed Dec 25th
Open until noon Dec 31st and closed Jan 1st.
